This belated post goes out to my daughter, Stephanie, on the anniversary of her 12th birthday, now officially 2 days late... But even now as this is being composed, we have a house full of noisy men and boys playing wrestling on the XBOX. Never have I heard such clatter and comotion. Worse than a gaggle of women at a Home Interiors or Partylite candle party. Maybe as noisy as a group of women gazing longingly at the newest baskets and pottery from Longenberger.....gee, I'm hard pressed to say who wins. It is fun and utterly proceless to see men behave like boys, with their toys...Have a Super Happy Birthday Stephanie. Let me know when you want to go the the mall and shop!! It won't be long until you can drive ME to the mall.....

Archives
Where, oh where have my archives gone? Oh where, oh where can they be? Like Said and Jack, their LOST
Anyone watching this show? I think it's cool, and mysterious, and it's about time they started thinking like a group, instead of like individuals.

Gerard James Butler aka Hottie
For those of you who still don't know who GB is, there will be plenty of opportunitues to check him out. Upcoming events include another spot on the Jay Leno show, March 2, 2005 with musical guest Three Doors Down. Should be entertaining. Jay must like Gerry, to ask him back! Of course, all the emails and fan mail to NBC might of helped as well. Also, GB's newest film "Dear Frankie", is scheduled for 2 showings right here at the Cleveland Institute Film Festival. "Dear Frankie" is a heartwarming story of a boy who never knew his father. His mother lies to him all his years, and then a stanger,"GB" is brought into this boys life, to play the father. I will say no more, just see the film, OK? It's showing Sunday, March 13th, at 9:30 pm, and Tuesday, March 15th, at 2:30 pm. The Tower City Movie Theater will be hosting this years events. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Feb 25th. Oh, and Tomb Raider 2 is playing on Showtime this month, you can catch it Feb 24, 25, 27, 28 on either showtime or showtime 2. check your local listings for times.

Deep Thoughts
This morning, after a great night of bowling well, and then going out carouseing with my team mates and friends, I come home way too late and stumble off to bed, only to wake way to early (damm cats), what do I find?? an entire dishwasher full of dishes! seems to me that after 16 years or so, a man has to be told to run the dishwasher!! so, bleary eyed, and trying to make coffee, I decide to run the damm machine. Mike comes down and says " I DID THE DISHES!!" how was i supposed to know......oh well, maybe he has been trained after all.... Love Ya Honey!!!

Fascinations
Ok, I think most of you who read this blog know of my current fascination with all things Gerard Butler...honestly, I can't get enough of him, either on his fan website, or the POTO movie, or any of his other movies that I have. It has to be similar to crack/heroin addiction. Not that I'v ever tried those, no never. I'm just speaking of the need of withdrawal I feel if I can't frequent the fansite(esp. if I am at work). I am also interested/fascinated with the new Green Day cd. Those guys rock! as soon as payday comes along, I will be buying the cd, American Idiot. For now, just streeming at Rhapsody. Their music just makes me want to get up and ~~~shake my booty~~~bang my head, pound on the keyboard, have a huge party and invite no one but myself!! Makes me remember my punk rocker girl days, in college...

An Interview
I recieved a phone call this afternoon, and thinking it was yet another person trying to sell me a new mortgage, or a new credit card...I wasn't going to answer the phone.
But I did, and it was ~GASP~ a wonderful man named Jason from the Amherst New Times. He wanted to ~GASP~ interview me because I have a blog! Frantic thoughts ran through my head that this was somehow a prank. He assured me it was not. I politely declined and in the same breath agreed to talk to him...Picture, if you will, my growing grin! I am not the blogger of my house...Mike is. I asked him how he found me, he said he is doing an article on local bloggers, and I came up in a search. How I came up and not Mike baffled me. We talked for a bit, and then he spoke with my husband at length,(as he is the computer/blogger expert.) Thank you, Jason, from Amherst News Times, for giving me a much needed boost to blog! proof that I can accomplish anything! I also heard that someone found me through my growing references to Gerry Butler
