Passion for Fashion
I've been splurging at the mall lately. Since I have tickets for both showings of Dear Frankieat the Cleveland Film Festival, I decided that these events necessitated some new fashion pieces to my wardrobe. Now, I'm not shallow, but I do want to look like I care about my appearance. Those of you who know me know that I'm just an ordinary gal, no frills or stuff, yet, for some reason I feel like I'm going on a first date (with a man I'll never meet...)Mostly I wear pj's, slum wear around the house, or if perhaps going to work, my scrubs. Hardly a fashion icon, if you will. Don't run into me at the grocery store either.
That being said, I enlisted the help of a new and upcoming fashion designer, MZ. He was available at a moments notice to shop (how I love that man) yes you honey, not Gerard Butler (well, that's open for interpretation). MZ's uncanny sense of fashion style was learned from such fashion greats as Clinton and Stacey, Trinni and Susanna,
and (my personal favorite) Robert Verdi!!
Well, to make a long story even longer, MZ was helpful up until a certain point, when he pulled out a shirt/sweater combo that was so eighties frump! He doesn't take rejection very well...
Enough already you say!! Just show us the outfits!!
well....I'm not to sure I want to do that.....

Ha Ha Ha....and you really thought you'd see some pictures of me.....

You know, I have to plug Gerry Butler anyway I can...the first outfit is of course, from The Phantom of the Opera...second is from Dracula 2000, and I think I look stunning in each outfit!
booo...the original photos you posted were hotter...
